摘要 在加力总管流量分布试验中,用计量油杯测量喷嘴流量来计算总管的流量分布不均匀度。采用容积法对喷嘴流量进行检测。针对现场油杯多、大功率设备干扰大的问题,设计一套基于Modbus通信协议的数字信号测量系统,每一个油杯对应一个磁致伸缩液位传感器,对油杯容积进行标定。传感器配置数字输出信号,通过RS485总线传送到计算机,应用LabVIEW软件平台设计测量虚拟界面,对采集数据进行分析处理,在计算机上进行显示。这种测量方式提高了数据采集的抗干扰性,通过计算机对数据进行整理分析,便于保存记录,提高工作效率。 In the flow distribution test of afterburner fuel chief-tube, it is necessary to calculate the flow distri- bution nonuniformity through measuring flow to nozzle. The volumetric method is used to measure the nozzle flow. A set of digital signal measurement system based on Modbus is designed to solve the problem of more metric-oil cups at the scene and interference from superpower equipment. Each metric-oil cup has a magnetos- trictive liquid-level sensor which calibrates the mettle-oil cup volume. Sensor exports digital signals, which can be sent to the computer through RS485, the virtual measurement interface is designed with LabVIEW software platform, and the data are analyzed and processed, and displayed on the computer. This measurement method improves the anti-interference of the data acquisition, through analyzing and sorting the data by computer, it is convenient to save and record the data, and the work efficiency is improved.
