摘要
目的评价穴位按摩对腹腔镜术后肩痛的影响。方法检索多个中英文数据库,搜集符合纳入标准的随机对照试验,文献质量评价后运用RevMan 5.2软件进行数据分析。结果共纳入8项随机对照研究,分析结果显示,穴位按摩可降低术后12h、24h、48h、72h的肩痛发生率,对术后肩痛程度及术后6h肩痛发生率的影响尚不明确。结论穴位按摩能够减轻腹腔镜术后肩痛发生率,且术后6h以上的疼痛减轻效果更好,主要按摩穴位包括足三里穴、内关穴和中脘穴,对临床有一定的指导意义。
Objective To evaluate the effect of point massage on relieving shoulder pain after laparoscopic surger- y. Methods Randomized controlled trials （RCTs）, which meet the inclusion criteria were retrieved in several elec- tronic databases. After quality assessment and data extraction, RevMan 5.2 software was used to analyze the data. Results 8 RCTs were included. The result of Meta-analysis showed the acupuncture can decrease the incidence of shoulder pain in 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h after laparoscope, but not the 6 h after laparoscope, and also the levels of pain have no significant influences after acupuncture. Conclusion The incidence of shoulder pain after laparoscope can be decreased by point massage, and the effectiveness would be better for after 6 h laparoscope. The main points are point Zusanli, point Neiguan, point zhongwan. The future research can focus on the different acupoints effect, and more high qualities research projects are expected.
