蝶翼无损伤针在脑室储液囊外引流中的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨蝶翼无损伤针在脑室储液囊(Ommaya)外引流中的应用效果。方法将90例使用Ommaya囊埋植外引流术患者分为两组,蝶翼针组采用蝶翼无损伤针外引流,输液针组采用静脉输液针外引流。比较两组患者外引流脱管率、重置率、头皮感染及脑脊液漏情况。结果蝶翼针组脱管率与重置率均较输液针组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者头皮感染、脑脊液漏比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蝶翼针较输液针更适合在Ommaya囊外引流,值得推广应用。
