摘要
为了进一步研究益生菌，本研究从健康鸡肠道中分离获得3株疑似乳杆菌，并对其分别命名。通过对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌的抑菌试验，以及耐受性试验获得一株益生效果较高的菌株s-3，通过传统的形态、生理生化方法和16SrDNA分子鉴定，确定S-3为嗜酸乳杆菌。
In order to research more about probiotics, in this study, three suspected lactic acid bacteria were isolated from chicken intestine, and they were respectively named. A strain S- 3 with high probic effect was obtained by the antibacterial test of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella, and tolerance test, by the traditional morphological, physiological and molecular identification of 16S rDNA, the strain S-3 was determined as Lactobacillus acidophilus.
