摘要 液位计是重要的测量仪器,在石油和化工行业中发挥着不可或缺的作用。随着信号处理技术和电子技术的快速发展,液位计测量技术通过机械开发到机电一体化,并且机电一体化和自动化的发展,近年来,微处理器被引入液位计,液水平测量技术发生了革命性的变化。导波雷达液位计是一种在开发过程中广泛应用的智能测量仪器。本实用新型具有应用范围广、抗干扰能力强、功耗低、运行稳定、成本低、能适应测量极端环境的优点。然而,与一些昂贵的液位计相比,精度不够。因此,开发高精度的新型导波雷达液位计是非常重要的。 Liquid level gauge is an important instrument, playing an indispensable role in the petroleum and chemical industry. With the development of signal processing technology and electronic technology, development of measuring technology of liquid level meter by means of mechanical to electromechanical integration and development of Mechatronics and automation, in recent years, the microprocessor is introduced to the liquid level gauge, a revolutionary change in liquid level measurement technology. Guided wave radar level gauge is a widely used during development of Intelligent measuring instrument. The utility has a wide range of applications, strong anti-interference capacity, low power consumption, stable operation, low cost, and can be adapted to measure extreme environmental advantages. However, compared with the expensive liquid level gauge, precision. Therefore, developing new guided wave radar level meter with high accuracy is very important.
