摘要
目的:探讨并分析鼻内镜联合柯陆手术和鼻内镜下泪前隐窝入路两种手术方式治疗复发性上颌窦内翻性乳头状瘤的疗效。方法:选择某院在2009年~2015年期间收治的60例复发性上颌窦内翻性乳头状瘤为本次研究主体,将其分为A组32例和B组28例。A组的治疗方法为鼻内镜联合柯陆手术,B组的治疗方法为鼻内镜下泪前隐窝入路手术,对比两组患者的治愈率与复发率。结果:对两组患者进行6个月~24个月的随访,其中,A组的治愈率为81.25%,复发率为18.75%;B组的治愈率为89.29%,复发率为10.71%。两组患者的治愈率与复发率对比无差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:鼻内镜下泪前隐窝入路手术对于复发性上颌窦内翻性乳头状瘤的治疗效果较好,是该病治疗方法中的最优选择,可普遍推广与应用。
Objective：To investigate and analyze the curative effect of two surgical methods of nasal endoscope combined Caldwell-Luc surgery and endoscopic anterior lacrimal recess approach surgery for recurrent inverted papilloma of maxillary sinus.Methods： 60 patients with recurrent inverted papilloma of maxillary sinus treated in a hospital from 2009 to 2015 were selected and divided into group A and group B,with 32 patients in group A and 28 patients in group B.The group A was given nasal endoscope combined Caldwell-Luc surgery,and the group B was given endoscopic anterior lacrimal recess approach surgery, then compared the cure rate and recurrence rate between the two groups.Results：The patients of two groups were given followup for 6 months to 24 months.The cure rate and recurrence rate of group A was 81.25% and 18.75 % respectively,and the cure rate and recurrence rate of group B was 89.29% and 10.71% respectively,which had no statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Endoscopic anterior lacrimal recess approach surgery for recurrent inverted papilloma of maxillary sinus has better treatment effect, which is the best choice in the treatment of the disease, and can be popularized and applied.
