摘要
由于电子连接器其体量小,生产数量大,基于机器视觉的非接触性检测在现在有着很大的发展前景。本文主要介绍了连接器引脚的尺寸检测,利用数字图像中的多种预处理方法进行处理,canny边缘提取,并利用亚像素边缘定位的方法达到精确的测量。实验结果表明,尺寸检测误差不超过0.01mm。
As the electronic connector of its small size, large number of production, based on machine visual inspection of non-contact detection has a great development prospects in the present. This paper mainly introduces the size detection of connector pins, uses multiple preprocessing methods in digital images to process, canny edge extraction, and uses sub-pixel edge localization method to achieve accurate measurement. The experimental re- sults show that the size detection error does not exceed 0.01 mm.
