摘要
自北京成功申办了2022年冬奥会后,激起了全民对冰雪运动的热情。大学生作为参与冰雪运动的核心力量更应该高度重视冬季运动锻炼。冬季由于气候的原因,大学生运动锻炼时常因为对锻炼项目不了解,而给自身带来运动伤害。以室外的跑步、滑冰和室内的跳绳为例,培养大学生选择锻炼项目的能力,掌握冬季正确的锻炼方法,并对其中的注意事项进行详细分析,避免运动损伤的发生。
Since Beijing successfully bidding for 2022 Winter Olympics, the people's enthusiasm about the winter sports has been activized. As a core strength participating in the winter sports, the undergraduates should pay high attention to the winter sports exercises. Due to the climate in winter and being short in understanding the exercise events, the undergraduates often encounter the sports injury when doing the exercises.For example the outdoor running, skating and indoor rope skipping, the paper suggests helping them know well the right exercise ways in winter, and has a detailed analysis of some corresponding cautions against the the occurrence of sports injuries.
