Influence of Measurement Methods on the Accuracy of Measured Data

摘要 以手工测量为实验方法,以内胯高、周裆为主要研究对象,采用"控制式"和"目测式"两种测量方法,研究二者对实验结果的影响,并探讨其潜在的影响程度.通过重复性实验获取测量值,统计数据组的标准偏差值和AVEDEV函数值,并进行方差分析及统计假设检验.研究发现"控制部位"因素对内胯高和周裆的实验结果均影响显著,且"控制式"测量相对于"目测式"测量的数据值离散程度小,精确度较高. During the manual anthropometric process, the data accuracy is influenced by many fac- tors, such as the measuring environment, the proficiency of operator and the optimization of measur- ing methods,etc. , which can result in the fluctuation of measurement data around the real data. For trousers design, both crotch height and crotch circumference are important measurement data. In this paper,crotch height and crotch circumference were studied through manual anthropometric with "control" and "visual" as two different measurement methods, to study the effect of them on data accuracy. The measurement data were obtained through repetitive experiment, the standard deviation and AVEDEV function value were calculated and ANOVA test and statistical hypothesis test were applied on the data. The results show that the control position significantly influences the data accu- racy, and the more accurate data can be achieved by the "control" method compared to the "visu- al" method.
