摘要
在连线热镀锌生产线的生产过程中,锌层的厚度精确程度直接决定了最终产品的质量,也一定程度上影响着产线的成本,本文以包钢连续热镀锌生产线的应用为研究对象,对热镀锌成产线的锌层厚度检测系统进行分析和研究,锌层厚度检测系统由X射线探头,探头横移装置,赋值单元仪表、操作站组成,各个部分协同作业共同实现生产线的锌层厚度的精确检测。
In the attachment in the production of hot galvanizing production line, the thickness of the zinc layer accuracy directly determines the final quality of the products, and to some extent, affects the cost of production line, this paper takes the application of continuous hot dip galvanized steel production line as the research object, the zinc layer thickness for hot dip galvanized into production line detection system for analysis and study on the zinc layer thickness detection system by X-ray probe, probe traverse device, instrument assignment unit, operating stations, the parts work together to achieve accurate detection of zinc layer thickness.
