乙烯精馏塔控制系统的问题分析与优化 被引量:3

摘要 乙烯精馏塔是乙烯装置冷分离单元的重要组成部分。独山子1000kt/a乙烯装置乙烯精馏塔温度无法自动控制、塔底乙烯含量波动大。经分析,提出通过控制优化和PID参数整定等方法解决这一问题。实施后,成功实现了乙烯精馏塔温度自动控制的问题,降低了精馏塔的操作强度,提高了灵敏板温度的控制精度,实现卡边操,减少了循环乙烷中乙烯含量的波动,降低了乙烯损失率。 Ethylene rectification tower is an integral part of the cold separation unit in ethylene plant. The temperature in ethylene rectification tower of the 1000kt/a ethylene plant in Dushanzi could not be controlled automatically,and wide fluctuation was observed in the ethylene content at the bottom of the tower. Some measures including control optimization and PID parameter tuning were put forward based on the analysis. After implementation,the automatic temperature control of ethylene rectification tower was achieved, the operation intensity of rectification tower was reduced,the accuracy of sensitive plate temperature control was improved,the critical operation was achieved,the fluctuation in ethylene content of recycle ethane was reduced,and the ethylene loss rate was lowered.
