摘要
目的分析6S管理在临床护理管理中的应用方法,并对其实践效果进行分析和比较。方法所在医院于2015年1月1日起在全院范围内推行6S管理模式,选取6S管理模式活动开展后200例住院患者作为实验组,并选取活动开展前200例住院患者作为对照组,分别对2组患者开展问卷调查,明确2组患者临床护理管理效果,并对2组患者就诊满意度进行评分。结果实验组(推行6S管理模式后所选病例)患者入院接待、健康宣导、服务态度、病房护理、生活护理、心理护理、整体护理、护理安全等方面满意度均明显高于对照组(推行6S管理模式前所选病例),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在基层医院推行6S管理服务模式,能够显著提高患者各方面就诊满意度,并显著提高医护人员综合素养,确保临床护理工作安全,对构建和谐医患关系具有重要推动作用。
Objective To analyze the application of 6s management in the clinical nursing management and compare the practice effect. Methods 6S management model was promoted in the whole hospital from January 1, 2015, and 200 cases of inpatients after the development of 6S management were selected as the experimental group, and 200 cases of inpatients before the development were selected as the control group, and both groups were surveyed by the questionnaires, and the clinical nursing effect of the two groups was cleared, and the treatment satisfactory degree of the two groups was marked. Results The experimental group(after the implementation of 6 s management mode selected cases) patients admitted to hospital reception, health propaganda, service attitude, ward care, life care, psychological care, holistic nursing, nursing safety and satisfaction were significantly higher than that in control group(6 s management model previously selected cases), significant difference was found in 2 groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion The development of 6S management service model in the primary hospital can obviously improve the treatment satisfactory degree of patients, improve the overall quality of medical staff, ensure the clinical nursing work safety, which plays an important promotion role in constructing the harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
