摘要
现代学徒制是现代职业教育人才培养的重要模式,是推进现代职业教育发展的战略选择,招生制度的改革创新是现代学徒制的顺利推进关键环节。从当前现代学徒制招生中存在的现实问题来看,社会认同的师徒文化、创新招生考试的体制、探索中高职衔接的有效路径及招生考核的具体形式非常有必要。
Modern apprenticeship is an important mode of modern vocational education personnel training,is to promote the development of modern vocational education strategy selection,enrollment system reform and innovation is a key link in the smooth progress of modern apprenticeship. From the practical problems existing in the current modern apprenticeship in the recruitment,mentoring,cultural innovation exploration of the examination enrollment system,the social identity of the specific form of effective path and the enrollment examination in Vocational convergence is very necessary.
