摘要
目的:评价养心氏片治疗冠心病心绞痛伴抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将诊断为冠心病心绞痛伴抑郁症的90例患者随机分为对照组(常规西药治疗)和养心氏组(常规西药治疗+养心氏片),每组45例,疗程为12周。观察比较2组的心绞痛症状、LVEF、hs-CRP、NT-pro BNP、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和不良反应。结果:治疗后:1)养心氏组心绞痛症状改善的总有效率为97.78%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2)养心氏组LVEF为(58±6.6)%,高于对照组的(53±4.4)%,P<0.05;3)养心氏组hs-CRP为(1.37±0.36)mg/L,低于对照组的(1.73±0.42)mg/L,P<0.05;4)养心氏组NT-pro BNP为(687±133)ng/L,低于对照组的(970±115)ng/L,P<0.05;5)养心氏组HAMD平均得分为(6.5±1.7),低于对照组的(10.7±1.9),P<0.05;6)养心氏组不良反应发生率为2.22%,低于对照组的13.33%,P<0.05。结论:养心氏片联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛伴抑郁症比常规西药治疗效果更佳。
Objective：To evaluate the effects of YangXinShi tablets on coronary heart disease angina pectoris complicated with de -pression.Methods：A total of 90 patients who were diagnosed as coronary heart disease angina pectoris complicated with depression in the hospital were collected .All patients were randomly divided into YangXinShi group and control group , 45 cases in each group.The control group is on the western medicine （conventional western medicine treatment ） treatment basis and the YangXin-Shi group was given oral administration of YangXinShi tablets and the mentioned western medicine treatment .After 12 weeks′treatment, the clinical symptoms of angina pectoris , LVEF, hs-CRP, NT-proBNP, HAMD and adverse reactions of all patients were detected.Results：After treatment, 1） the total effective rate of improving angina pectoris in YangXinShi group （97.78%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （80.00%） and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05）;2） the LVEF in YangXinShi group （58 ±6.6）%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （53 ±4.4）%,P〈0.05;3） the hs-CRP in YangXinShi group （1.37 ±0.36） mg/L was significantly lower than that of the control group （1.73 ±0.42） mg/L,P〈0.05;4） the NT-proBNP in YangXinShi group （687 ±133）ng/L was significantly lower than that of in control group （970 ±115）ng/L,P〈0.05;5） the HAMD average score in YangXinShi group （6.5 ±1.7） was significantly lower, comparing with that of in control group （10.7 ±1.9）,P〈0.05;6） the incidence of adverse reactions in YangXinShi group （2.22%） was signifi-cantly lower than that of the control group （13.33%）,P〈0.05.Conclusion：YangXinShi tablets combined with western medicine on coronary heart disease angina pectoris complicated with depression was better than the conventional western medicine treatment .
