摘要
现阶段对变压器故障诊断的方法均属于离线检测法,检测时需变压器退出运行,不够经济方便。而振动法是一种用传感器采集油箱表面振动信号,再进一步用相关系统分析此信号以预测铁芯绕组故障的方法。本装置是一种基于振动法的变压器在线监测装置,包括加速度传感器、信号调理模块、CPU和采集模块、通信模块和电源五个部分。
At present, the methods of transformer fault diagnosis belong to off-line detection method, and it is not economical and convenient for the transformer to withdraw from operation. The vibration method is a sensor with the tank surface vibration signal acquisition, and then further analysis of the signal with the relevant system to predict the core winding fault method. The device is an on-line transformer monitoring device based on the vibration method. The device comprises an acceleration sensor, a signal conditioning module, a CPU and an acquisition module, a communication module and a power supply.
