摘要 目的探讨食品监测中理化检验存在的问题,并提出相应的应对措施,为食品监测中理化检验质量控制管理提供理论依据。方法分析现在食品监测中存在的质量问题及影响质量的主要因素,提出有效的解决措施。结果食品监测中理化检验存在的问题主要有检测人员、检测环境、仪器设备等因素;根据存在的问题,提出有效地解决措施提升检测人员专业知识、加强检测环境的质量控制、加强相关机构的交流、加强对仪器设备的投入、完善管理制度、加强实验试剂管理和严格遵守食品取样要求等等。结论食品安全问题是民之大计,至关重要,做好食品监测技术,提高食品卫生质量检测具有重要的意义。 Objective To study the issues in the physical and chemical inspection in the food monitoring and put forwards the corresponding measures thus providing theoretical basis for the physical and chemical inspection quality control management in the food monitoring. Methods The quality issues and main influence factors of quality in the food monitoring were analyzed, and the effective solutions were put forwards. Results The main issues in the physical and chemical inspection in the food monitoring were mainly the test staff, test environment and instrument and equipment, and the effective solutions were put forwards according to the existing issues thus improving the professional knowledge of the test staff, enhancing the quality control of test environment, enhancing the communication with the related institutions, enhancing the input of instrument, improving the management system, enhancing the experimental reagent management and strictly following the food sampling requirements. Conclusion The food safety issue is vital, concerning people's benefits, and doing a good job in food monitoring technology is of important significance to improving the food health quality test.
