摘要
目的:探讨留守初中生情绪智力和自尊在人际主动和积极适应之间的多重中介效应。方法:选取某两所农村中学的留守初中生331人[男165人,女160人,缺失6人;平均年龄(14.5±1.2)岁],采用初中生人际自立量表(ISSS-MSS)中的人际主动维度、情绪智力问卷(EIQ)、自尊量表(RSES)和简版社会适应评估问卷(SAS-YB)中的积极适应问卷进行测试。结果:积极适应得分与人际主动得分、EIQ、RSES得分均呈正相关(r=0.47~0.67,均P<0.001)。人际主动既可直接预测积极适应(β=0.47,P<0.001),也可通过情绪智力、自尊的中介作用预测积极适应(χ~2/df=3.03,TLI=0.87,CFI=0.89,RMSEA=0.08)。结论:并行式多重中介模型能够较好地解释情绪智力和自尊在人际主动特质与积极适应之间所起的中介作用。
Objective: To explore the multiple meditation effects of emotional intelligence and self-esteem be- tween interpersonal initiative personality and social positive adaption in left-behind junior high school students. Methods: Totally 331 left-behind junior high school students [ 165 boys, 160 girls, average age of ( 14. 5 ± 1.2) years] were selected. They were assessed with the Interpersonal Self-Support Scale for Middle School Students (ISSS-MSS), Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (EIQ), Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) and Social Ad- justment Scale (SAS-YB). Results: The scores of social positive adaption were positively correlated with the scores of interpersonal initiative personality, EIQ and RSES (r =0. 47 -0. 67, Ps 〈0. 001). Path analysis showed that inter- personal initiative personality had direct effects on social positive adaption (/3 = 0. 47, P 〈 0. 001). Mediation mod- eling showed that interpersonal initiative personality could exert effects on social positive adaption indirectly through the mediating effect of not only emotional intelligence, but also self-esteem (x2/df= 3.03, TLI = 0. 87, CFI = 0. 89, RMSEA = 0. 08). Conclusion: The present study indicates that parallel multiple mediation model of emotional intel- ligence and self-esteem could explain the mechanism of influence of interpersonal initiative personality on social positive adaption appropriately.
