摘要
土壤对耕作机械工作部件的磨损是其失效的主要原因,而土壤含水率对磨损过程有着重要影响。以甘肃兰州地区黄棕壤土为磨料,在磨料磨损试验机上对45号钢试样进行磨损试验,考察土壤含水率对45号钢磨料磨损的影响,用扫描电子显微镜对磨损表面形貌进行观察。结果表明随着土壤含水率的增加,45号钢的磨损呈现出3个不同的阶段:切削磨损阶段、切削与疲劳磨损阶段和疲劳磨损阶段。在切削磨损阶段时磨损率较高,在疲劳磨损阶段时磨损率较低,而在切削与疲劳磨损阶段时随着含水率的增加磨损率呈陡降趋势。含水率的变化改变了土壤与金属材料表面的接触形式,水膜的润滑与降温作用提高了材料的耐磨性。
Wear of soil on working components of tillage machinery is the main reason of its failure,and water content of soil has great influence on its wear process.Taking yellow brown soil in Lanzhou as abrasive material,wear tests of 45 steel were conducted on the wear test machine,and effect of soil moisture on abrasive wear was studied by using electron microscope to scanning the surface morphology.The results show that with the increasing water content,wear of 45 steel appears three stages,which are cutting wear stage,cutting and fatigue wear stage and fatigue wear stage.Wear rate is higher at the cutting stage and lower at fatigue wear stage,and shows a steep drop at cutting and fatigue wear stage.Changes of moisture make the bound form between soil and metal surface difference,thus,lubrication and cooling of water film improve the wear resistance of material.
