摘要
广州抽水蓄能电厂B厂引水隧洞检修时发现混凝土衬砌附着大量淡水壳菜,且混凝土表面存在较严重的侵蚀,为保证安全生产和提高输水效率,决定对隧洞衬砌表面涂覆涂层材料进行防护。从市场上选定的18种常见类别的防护涂层材料委托清华大学在西枝江沼蛤防治试验站进行自然浸泡附着试验,基于试验结果和专家论证,最终选定YEC环氧涂层材料作为防护工程的施工材料。本文对防护材料的选定试验过程和B厂引水隧洞的施工情况进行了介绍,并对施工管理经验进行了总结。
Severe corrosion and adhesion of Limnoperna fortune were exist in the diversion tunnel concrete surface of the Guangzhou pumped storage power station, and a repair and coating protection project were decided to carry out for safety. A adhesiveness experiment of Limnoperna fortune on the concrete surface of 18 kinds protective coatings was made by Tsinghua university in the test station of Xizhijiang river. Based on the experimental result and expert opinions, the YEC epoxy coating was chosen to apply in the protective project. The experiment and protective work progress of the diversion tunnel are introduced in this paper.
