配方施肥对党参产量性状的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为了确定党参合理施肥量,在陇西县进行了"3414"施肥配方试验。结果表明,当施N 208.8 kg/hm^2、K2O 57.0 kg/hm^2时,党参籽粒产量最高,为174.7 kg/hm^2;当施N 104.4 kg/hm^2、P_2O_5108.0 kg/hm^2、K2O 57.0 kg/hm^2时,党参根产量为3 104.8 kg/hm^2。施肥量为N 104.4 kg/hm^2、P_2O_5108.0 kg/hm^2、K2O 57.0 kg/hm^2时,党参单根干重和鲜重最高,分别为3.55、12.75 g;施肥量为P_2O_5108.0 kg/hm^2、K2O 57.0 kg/hm^2时,干鲜比最高,达30.19%。不同氮、磷、钾配方对党参根长有显著差异,对根粗的影响差异不显著,在不施化肥的情况下党参的根长和根粗最大。在生产实践中应根据收获的不同经济产量选择合理的配方施肥。 In order to determine the reasonable fertilization amount of Codonopsis pilosula,the"3414"test of fertilization formula is carried out in Longxi County. The result shows that the highest grain yield of Codonopsis pilosula is 174.7 kg/hm^2,when N208.8 kg/hm^2 and K2O 57.0 kg/hm^2 are applied. The root yield of Codonopsis pilosula is 3 104.8 kg/hm^2,When the concentration of N 104.4 kg/hm^2,P2O5108.0 kg/hm^2 and K2O 57.0 kg/hm^2. While the amount of fertilizer is N 104.4 kg/hm^2,P2O5108.0 kg/hm^2 and K2O 57.0 kg/hm^2,the dry weight and the fresh weight of average root are 12.75 g and 3.55 g respectively. When the amount of fertilizer is P2O5108.0 kg/hm^2 and K2O 57.0 kg/hm^2,the dry and fresh ratio is the highest,reaching 30.19%. Different nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium formulations had significant differences in the root length of Codonopsis pilosula,but the difference between the roots diameter is not significant,and the root length and root diameter of Codonopsis pilosula maximum in the case of no fertilizer. Therefore,the reasonable formula fertilization depending on what economic yield harvest of Codonopsis pilosula in the production practice.
