摘要
总结了2000-2014年国内基于荷移光度法几种常见醌类试剂测定抗生素药物含量的方法,包括吸收波长、摩尔吸光系数、线性范围、回收率等参数.
The development of spectrophotometric determination of antibiotics based on charge transfer reaction using quinones over the period from 2000 ~ 2014 in China was reviewed. The adsorption wave length,the Moore adsorption coefficient,the linear range and recovery of the method were referred in this paper.
