摘要
建立了COD快速消解法测定地表水体中总氮的方法。研究结果表明,该方法的最佳消解条件为消解温度120℃、消解时间1 h,检出限为0.001~3.20 m g·L^(-1),具有良好的精密度与准确度(实测水样的相对标准偏差在1.81%以内,加标回收率为96.75%~103.98%),且测定结果与国标法吻合。同时还减少了实验步骤,提高了工作效率,节约了测定成本。
New method of COD fast digestion is proposed for total nitrogen (TN) analysis in surface water-body monitoring. The results showed that the optimal digestion temperature and time is 120~C and 60 minutes respectively, and the detection limit is 0.001-3.20 mg/L with good precision and accuracy (e.g., the relative standard deviation and the recovery rate are 1.81‰ and 96.75%-103.98% respectively, when measuring actual water samples), the method gives results in good agreement with those of the national standard method, mean while reducing the experimental steps, improving the efficiency, and decreasing the measurement costs.
