摘要
目的研究与分析超声引导下微创手术治疗颅内肿瘤的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年6月—2016年6月所收治的80例颅内肿瘤患者作为研究对象,对所选患者采用超声引导下行微创手术进行治疗,对患者的临床治疗效果展开分析与观察。结果在超声表现上,行颅内肿瘤手术的过程中,超声引导对病灶部位的显示率高达100%,有10例患者术前影像检查结果和开颅术后的影像结果存在漂移,经手术过程的超声扫查后进行重新定位。有15例患者在术前进行CT及MRI检查时未发现颅内肿瘤周围存在大血管,在手术时经超声引导检查后显示15例患者肿瘤周围存在大血管,并经手术证实该结果属实;在所选80例患者中,经超声引导下行微创手术治疗肿瘤完全切除的有78例,切除率为97.50%,近全切除的有2例,切除率为2.50%,未出现肿瘤切除但存在残留的患者;80例患者在术后均得到随访,42例胶质瘤患者、15例转移瘤患者及23例脑膜瘤患者经术后3个月和6个月的颅内复查结果显示均未出现复发现象,也未有患者出颅内感染及其它术后并发症。结论针对颅内肿瘤患者应用超声引导下微创手术进行治疗能够进一步提升安全系数,对患者的颅内肿瘤做到精准定位,从而帮助手术治疗获得成功,临床应用安全可靠。
Objective To research and analysis the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive surgery for intracranial tumors under the ultrasound guidance. Methods Selected 80 cases of ntracranial tumor patients as this study object from June 2014 to June 2016, ultrasound-guided minimally invasive surgery was performed on selected patients, to analysis and observe the clinical effect of the patients. Results On the performance of ultrasound, during the intracranial tumor surgery, Ultrasound guided lesions on the display rate of up to 100%, there were 10 patients with preoperative imaging findings and image shaking after shaking surgery, after the surgical procedure, the ultrasound was repositioned. There were 15 patients in the preoperative CT and MRI examination did not find intracranial tumors around the existence of large blood vessels, In the surgical ultrasound examination revealed by 15 patients with tumor around the existence of large blood vessels, and confirmed by surgery that the results were true; Among the 80 cases of selected patients, ultrasound-guided minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of complete resection of the tumor in 78 cases, the resection rate was 97.50%, nearly complete resection in 2 cases, the removal rate was 2.50%, patients with no tumor resection but residual; 80 patients were followed up after surgery, 42 cases of glioma patients, 15 patients with metastatic tumor and 23 patients with meningioma, 3 months and 6 months of intracranial review showed no recurrence, no patients with intracranial infection and other postoperative complications. Conclusion For patients with intracranial tumors with ultrasound-guided minimally invasive surgery to further enhance the safety factor, the patient's intracranial tumor to be precise positioning, thus helping to achieve successful surgical treatment,clinical application of safe and reliable.
