摘要
目的探究护患沟通在门诊导诊护理中的应用效果。方法以我院就诊的120例患者为研究样本,按照导诊方式不同分为两组,各60例,其中传统组进行常规性导诊方式,交流组则加入沟通交流方式进行导诊,对其临床效果分析观察。结果交流组护理满意度高于传统组,且护患纠纷率低于传统组,P<0.05。结论与传统的导诊方式相比较,融入合理沟通交流技巧的导诊模式更加的深入人心,可有效的减少护患纠纷。
Objective To explore the application of nurse patient communication in nursing in outpatient guidance. Methods 120 cases of our hospital patients as the research sample, according to the guidance were divided into 2 groups with 60 cases in each group, the traditional group was given the conventional guidance mode, communication group communication mode between the join, the clinical effect of the observation and analysis. Results The satisfaction degree of the nursing group was significantly higher than that of the traditional group, and the rate of nurse patient disputes was significantly lower than that of the traditional group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Compared with the traditional way of guidance, people into reasonable communication skills guidance mode, can effectively reduce nursing disputes.
