摘要
随着科学技术的不断发展,互联网对社会经济的发展产生了极大的影响,在此背景下,我国第三方物流企业如何应对法律风险成为需要重点解决的问题。近年来,我国第三方物流企业在不断增多,但在经营的过程中,尤其是互联网环境下面临诸多法律风险,主要包括违反合同风险、合同责任风险等。因此,第三方物流企业法律风险的管理与控制成为重要话题。然而,现如今我国第三方物流企业实施风险管理与控制的过程中还存在许多问题,文章在对其进行分析的基础上提出相关建议与对策,以切实提升互联网环境下第三方物流企业法律风险管理与控制水平,促进其健康长期发展。
With the development of science and technology,the internet has great influence on the development of all walks of life. In this background, how to deal with the legal risk of the third party logistics enterprises in China has become the key problem to be solved. In recent years, with the number of third-party logistics enterprises in China increasing,but in the process of operation, there will be a variety of legal risks especially under the internet environment, including contract liability risk, breach of contract risk and so on.Therefore, the third party logistics enterprise legal risk management and control become an important topic. However,there are still many problems in the process of implementing the risk management and control by the third party logistics enterprises in China. Based on the analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to enhance the third party logistics under the internet environment to enhance the level of the third party logistics enterprise＇s legal risk management and control and promote the long-term development of the enterprises.
