摘要
伴随着计算机技术的不断发展,将网络信息化教学结构和传统教育模式融合在一起,形成资源共享机制已经成为社会教育领域发展的必然趋势。在传统教育的基础上,构建完整的学习框架和课程体系,需要医学成人教育工作人员提高管理意识和能力,切实维护管理框架的完整度。现对医学成人教育混合教学资源建设现状进行了简要分析,并集中阐释了资源结构的优化措施,旨在为相关教学工作者提供有价值的参考建议。
Along with the continuous development of computer technology, network information technology teaching structure and traditional education model fuse together, form a sharing resource mechanism that has become the inevitable trend of social education development. On the basis of traditional education, for constructing the complete framework of learning and curriculum system, it is necessary that medical adult education staff improve the consciousness and ability of management, to sustain the integrity of management framework. This paper concerns the brief analysis of the present conditions about the blended teaching resources construction of the medical adult education, and measures of the resources structure optimization, aiming at providing a valuable reference for related teaching workers.
