Therapeutic Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Ventilator Associated Pneumonia

摘要目的:探讨中西医结合治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎的疗效。方法:将84例呼吸机相关性肺炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各42例,对照组采取常规西医药物疗法,观察组采取中西医结合疗法,观察两组疗效。结果:观察组总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎,疗效显著。 Objective： To investigate the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for ventilator associated pneumonia. Methods： 84 cases of patients with ventilator associated pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group （42 cases） and control group （42 cases）, the control group treated by conventional medication, while observation group by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, observed the efficacy of two groups. Results： The overall response rate of observation group was significantly better than that of control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has a significant curative effect on ventilator associated pneumonia.
