不同血液病患者EB病毒和人巨细胞病毒核酸检测阳性率与年龄的相关性研究 被引量:13

Correlation between the positive rate of EB virus and human cytomegalovirus nucleic acid detection in patients with different blood diseases and their age

摘要 目的探讨不同血液病患者EB病毒和人巨细胞病毒核酸检测阳性率与其年龄的相关性,为临床强化血液病患者EB病毒和人巨细胞病毒检测提供理论依据。方法选取2013年1月-2016年1月医院收治的各种血液病患者218例为研究对象,对比EB病毒和人巨细胞病毒核酸检测阳性率;分别对比不同血液病患者中,年龄<18岁和年龄≥18岁EB病毒和人巨细胞病毒核酸检测阳性率。结果再生障碍性贫血、急性淋巴细胞白血病、髓系白血病患者EB病毒阳性率均显著高于人巨细胞病毒阳性率,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄<18岁患者EB病毒核酸检测阳性率为44.34%,显著高于年龄≥18岁患者EB病毒核酸检测阳性率(P<0.05);年龄<18岁患者和年龄≥18岁患者的人巨细胞病毒核酸检测阳性率对比,差异无统计学意义。结论血液病患者发生EB病毒和人巨细胞病毒感染的风险高,临床应加强EB病毒和人巨细胞病毒的监测和防控,尤其是对于年轻的再生障碍性贫血和髓系白血病患者。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the correlation between the positive rate of EB virus and human cytomegalo- virus nucleic acid detection in patients with different blood diseases and their age, so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical strengthening of the detection of EB virus and human cytomegalovirus in patients with blood diseases. METHODS A total of 218 cases of patients with hematological diseases from Jan. 2013 to Jan. 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The detection positive rates of EBV and human cytomegalovirus nucleic acid were compared. The detection positive rates of EBV and human cytomegalovirus nucleic acid in patients with blood diseases with the age 〈18 years old and ≥18 years old were compared. RESULTS The positive rates of EB virus were significantly higher than those of human cytomegalovirus nucleic acid in patients with aplastic anemia, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and myeloid leukemia (P〈0.05). The detection positive rate of EB virus nucleic acid in patients with age〈 18 year old was 44.34%, which was significantly higher than that of the age ≥18 years old (P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference in the positive rate of human cytomegalovirus nucleic acid between the patients age 〈18 years old and≥ 18 years old. CONCLUSION Patients with blood disease have a high risk of EB virus infection and cytomegalovirus infection, and it should strengthen the surveillance and prevention of EB vi- rus and human eytomegalovirus in clinic, especially for young aplastic anemia and myeloid leukemia patients.
