电动液压挖掘机远距离转速测试方法研究

摘要 电动液压挖掘机具有节能高效的特点,其节能研究是近年来一个重要研究方向。但如何在设备移动过程中以及强电磁干扰环境对其各种参数,尤其是电机转速特性进行精确测量是一个难点问题。文中提出了一种基于塑料光纤的编码器高频脉冲信号传输方法,对其传输波形形状、相同频率下不同滤波电容对信号的影响以及不同频率下脉冲信号的延迟特性进行了深入分析,并在挖掘机改造中,通过将其应用于近20余米远、有变频器干扰的环境中,对其抗干扰能力及远距离传输质量进行了测试。数据表明:测试效果良好,该方法在电机测速时具有信号传输距离远、抗干扰能力强、脉冲稳定等优点。 Energy saving and high efficient research of electric hydraulic excavator is an important research direction in recent years. How to test characteristics of motor in mobile devices and strong electromagnetic interference environment, especially for motor' speed precise measurement, is a difficult problem which must be solved. A high frequency pulse encoder signal transmission method was proposed based on the plastic optical fiber, and the characteristics of the transmission wave shape, the effect of different filter ca- pacitors on the pulse signal at the same frequency and the delay characteristics of pulse signal under different frequency were analyzed. The method was successful used in the electric hydraulic excavator. The test results show that this method has the advantages of long transmission distance, strong anti-interference ability and excellent velocity measurement stability.
