对茶叶网络营销中限制最低价行为的商榷

摘要 茶叶网络营销的恶性价格战,不仅剥夺了网商应有的利润,也扰乱了茶叶市场秩序、影响了茶叶消费者的信心。但是,采取行政命令式限制最低价的办法不仅难以解决网络恶性低价的现象,而且会干扰正常的市场竞争。所以,茶叶销售价格应当由茶叶网络市场竞争决定。此外,严厉打假也是解决网络恶性低价一种良好选择,从四个方面提出打假措施,旨在维护茶叶网络营销的正常市场秩序。 Tea vicious network marketing, network operators should not only deprived of profits, but also disturb the market order tea, affect teaconsumer 'sconfidence. But administrative imperative measures taken to limit the lowest price not only difficult to solve network vicious price, and can interfere with normal market competition.So, tea sales price shall be decided by the tea network market competition. In addition,Anti-counterfeiting measures are proposed from four aspects, aims to maintain the tea network marketing the normal maket or- der. severe crackdown solve network vicious price is a kind of good choice.
