摘要
木制品粉尘爆炸事故风险大,危害严重。对北京市涉及爆炸粉尘的种类及数量进行对比分析发现,涉及木制品粉尘爆炸的生产企业数量最多,安全隐患最为严重。笔者依据粉尘爆炸的5个基本条件,基于事故树分析法,借助FreeFTA软件编制木制品粉尘爆炸事故树,并对基本事件的结构重要度和关键重要度进行计算,依据治理的优先顺序,给出针对性的措施建议,为木制品企业的粉尘防爆安全管理提供参考,同时也为政府监管部门的安全检查提供依据。
Risk of woodwork dust explosion is high, which causes serious harm. Based on analysis of the amount and type of dust explosions in Beijing, it is found out that the number of production enterprises involving the wood dust explosions ranks the first, andthe corresponding potential safety hazard is the most threatening. In this paper, according to the five basic conditions of dust explosion, the fault tree of wood dust explosion was compiled with the help of- FreeFTAsoftware. Structure importance degree and key importance degree of basic events are calculated, and the corresponding suggestions are given in terms of the priority of the governance. The findings can provide the reference for the dust explosion-proof safety management of woodwork enterprises, and for the government regulatory inspection.
