摘要
为了研究开关操作产生的特快速暂态过程(VFT)通过电子式互感器的传导耦合效应,需要求解其高频传递函数。为此,提出了一种求解电子式电流互感器(ECT)高频传递函数的新方法。首先根据其物理结构尺寸确立ECT的高频分布参数模型,用矢量匹配法(vector fitting method),采用有理函数拟合其频域传递函数,并且进行适当的降价处理,最后利用该传递函数计算了VFT通过ECT传导耦合到采集器端口的干扰电压。通过一个实例的仿真计算和测量验证了该方法的有效性。
For an accurate simulation of the conducted coupling effect caused by very fast transients (VFT), solv- ing the high frequency transfer function of the electronic current transformers (ECT) is of vital importance. In this paper, a new method for solving the high frequency physical structure size of ECT, the high frequency transfer function of ECT is proposed. Firstly, according to the distribution parameter model of ECT is established. The fre- quency response is approximated by means of vector fitting method using rational function consisting of real poles as well as complex conjugate poles and zeros, and the order of the transfer function is reduced according to the practical needs. At last, the conducted coupling interference voltage to the collector port is calculated by the trans- fer function. The simulation and the measurement results of a real ECT confirm the validity of the proposed method.
