摘要
汽轮机本体结构庞大、复杂,基于汽轮机实物的检修技能培训成本高、效率低、周期长,因此,开展汽轮机结构认知及虚拟装配系统的研究具有很高的实用价值。鉴于此,文章开发了一种基于Unity3D的多路径、交互式汽轮机虚拟拆装软件。该系统,基于实际汽轮机本体参数,借助UG软件构建三维虚拟模型,利用3D MAX对模型进行固化渲染,基于Unity3D进行二次开发,并将Excel语言作为数据存储和拆装动画的指令接口,解决了分段自主拆装、多路径拆装及交互式运动仿真等难题。该软件提供了虚拟漫游场景和交互式人机界面,将知识学习和技能操作相结合,提高了对汽轮机结构认知的效率,降低了汽轮机本体检修培训的成本和难度。
Large in size and complex in structure, training for maintenance skills based on real steam tur- bines costs high with low efficiency and long cycle. Therefore, research on structure studying and virtual disassembling of steam turbines is of great and practical value. In view of this, this paper has developed a Unity3D-based muhipath and interactive virtual turbine disassembling software. Based on real steam turbine parameters, the software used UG software to build a 3D virtual model and 3D MAX to cure the model's rendering. The secondary development, based on Unity3D, was then conducted, with Excel language serving as the command interface for data storage and disassembling animation, which solved the problem of segmented independent disassembling, muhipath disassembling, interactive simulation move- ment and so on. The software provides a virtual roaming scene and an interactive human-machine inter- face and combines knowledge learning and skill operation together, which will improve the efficiency of the structure studying of steam turbine and reduce both the cost and the difficulty in maintenance training.
