摘要
随着快速的城镇化发展、城市大规模的开发建设和人口集聚,产生了城市热平衡失调、通风不畅、空气污染和热岛效应加剧等问题。城市新区规划中布局城市通风廊道,优化空间布局,既能够有效提高居住环境品质,同时也有利于节能减排的实现。结合城市风的空气流动运动规律和城市下垫面特点,从空间形态中观层面,以西成新区为例,针对寒冷地区的气候环境,对城市通风系统进行分析,运用CFD模拟方法,确定城市通风廊道的位置、数量等主要控制要素,提出廊道周边地块建设控制要求和建筑迎风面密度控制要求,为今后规划建设具有良好气候环境的城市新区提供参考。
The rapid development of urbanization, urban large-scale development, construction and population agglomeration result in urban heat balance disorders, poor ventilation, air pollution and heat island effect. The application of urban ventilation corridors in urban new area, which will optimize the space layout, can effectively improve the quality of living environment and can also be conducive to the realization of energy-saving emission reduction. According to the urban wind air flow movement and urban underlying surface characteristics, the paper takes Xixian New Area as an example, analyzing the air ventilation system, uses CFD simulation method, determines the city through the main control factors of the location and number of wind corridor, and puts forward the control requirements of the construction of the surrounding block and the requirement of the density control of the building, in order to provide a reference for future planning and construction.
