The technical monitoring and management status of Longtan Hydropower Station are introduced herein, and the experiences of vibration technology management are summarized based on actual cases of power generation. Through monitoring and analyzing the vibration state of equipment, the targeted maintenance plan will be developed, which can avoid redundant maintenance caused by blind whole maintenance and can save human resources and maintenance fund. The practice of vibration technology management in Longtan Hydropower Station has achieved obvious economic benefits and laid a good foundation for long-term, safe and stable operation of station.
