摘要
以M钢厂高炉排放的除尘灰为例,采用岩相测试技术分析了除尘灰内未消耗煤粉和焦炭的不同结构形态,并定量分析了未消耗焦炭和煤粉质量分数,由此计算出了该厂煤粉利用率。同时,与另一N钢厂高炉除尘灰的岩相分析结果进行比对,得出M钢厂高炉煤粉和N钢厂煤粉利用率属于较好水平。通过岩相技术分析M钢厂高炉除尘灰中未燃煤粉的含量,继而分析高炉内煤粉利用率,为钢厂提供了一种判断喷吹煤粉在高炉内利用情况的新方法。
Taking the dust discharge from M steel plant as example, the different structure forms of unburned pulverized coal and coke in dust were investigated by petrographical microanalysis. Then, the mass fractions of un- burned pulverized coal and coke were measured, and the utilization rate of pulverized coal was calculated. After comparing the petrographical microanalysis results of M steel plant with N steel plant, it was concluded that the pul- verized coal utilizations of the both plants belong to the good level. Thus, the analysis of unburned pulverized coal and coke in dust by petrographical microanalysis provides a new method to judge the utilization of pulverized coal in the blast furnace.
