金精矿焙烧系统改造及生产实践

摘要 新疆某黄金冶炼厂所处理金精矿中含硫量变动很大,使得焙烧炉内无法自热平衡,给企业生产造成了很大的困难。企业试图通过采购高硫矿配矿和金精矿配硫磺等方案解决该问题,但由于经济性或焙烧效果等原因都没有成功。对原浆式进料焙烧系统进行改造,首次采用矿浆直接干燥工艺,减少了矿浆压滤和滤饼倒运的过程。将浆式进料改为干式进料,可经济有效地解决焙烧过程金精矿含硫低的问题。 The variation of the sulfur content in the gold concentrate of a smelting enterprise is large, which makes the roaster unable to keep self-heat balance. In order to resolve th problem, the smelting enterprise attempt to purchase high sulfur gold concentrate or to add sulfur in low-sulfur ore. But due to economic and technical prob- lems, both programs are not useful. The gold concentrate pulp drying process is used for the first time, which re- duces the process of the pulp filter and filter cake reversal. And then the feed mode of the roasting system is retro- fitted from slurry feeding to dry-type feedstock, which can effectively solve this problem.
