公路隧道衬砌注浆加固力学特性研究 被引量:12

Study on Mechanical Property of Highway Tunnel Lining Grouting Reinforcement

摘要 为深入研究公路隧道衬砌注浆加固的力学特性,全面评价注浆加固效果,利用PYD-50平面应变三向加载地质力学模型试验装置,针对依托工程的衬砌背后不同部位存在空洞、软弱围岩4种不同工况开展了室内模型试验,研究各工况下隧道衬砌结构应力、围岩压力等力学特性;同时,利用数值模拟手段进行分析,并将其结果与模型试验结果进行相互验证。研究结果表明:当隧道衬砌背后存在空洞、软弱围岩情况时,衬砌结构应力、围岩压力分布极不均衡,不利于隧道整体稳定;采取注浆加固措施后,衬砌结构应力最大值减小幅度达16.7%~40%,部分特征方向上围岩压力增幅达11.4%~35.5%,且二者分布更加均衡。以上分析表明,注浆加固措施有效降低了衬砌结构应力集中现象,提高了衬砌结构整体稳定性,其病害防治效果良好。 In order to research the mechanical property of highway tunnel lining grouting reinforcement deeply,and evaluate the grouting reinforcement effect comprehensively,by using the PYD-50 geo-mechanical model test device with plane strain and triaxial loading,4 indoor model tests on the tunnel lining with holes and soft surrounding rocks behind the lining of the project are carried out under 4 conditions to analyse the mechanical properties including structure stress and surrounding rock pressure of tunnel lining under each working condition.At the same time,the mechanical properties are analyzed by numerical simulation method,and the cross-verification between the numerical simulation and the model test is carried out.The result shows that(1) when there are cavities and soft surrounding rock back the tunnel lining,the structure stresses and surrounding rock pressures of tunnel lining has non-balanced distribution,which is not beneficial to the overall stability of the tunnel;(2) after using the grouting reinforcement measures,the maximum reduction range of lining structure stress is 16.7%-40%,the addition range of some characteristic directions' surrounding rock pressure is 11.4%-35.5%,and both of them distributed more equality.In a word,the grouting reinforcement measure reduced the stress concentration phenomena of lining structure,and improved the overall stability,so the effect of disease prevention is very well.
