猴耳环叶没食子酸和矿质元素含量动态变化研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究猴耳环主要矿质元素及药效成分的积累特性,以确定适宜的采收期并为植物GAP规范化种植以及施肥管理等方面提供参考依据。方法:以中药材猴耳环老叶和嫩叶为实验对象,分析不同生长年限和不同季节叶片中N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Na,Cu 7种矿质元素和主要药效成分没食子酸的含量变化。结果:3年生猴耳环嫩叶中各矿质元素及药效指标没食子酸的含量都趋于较稳定的水平,综合考虑认为采收3年以上的猴耳环嫩叶较为经济。结论:生长周期内,猴耳环叶片在6~9月期间对各矿质元素的积累量处于波动较大期,生产上需注意在这段时间内及时补充植物生长所需的矿质元素。 Objective: To analysis the characteristics of main mineral elements and efficacy components to determine the suitable harvest period and provide reference for plants fertilization. Methods: As medicinal materials,the changes in the contents of seven mineral elements( N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Na,Cu) and gallic acid of the leaves of Pithecellobium clypearia( Jack) Benth. in different growth years and different seasons were studied. Results: The contents of mineral elements and gallic acid were higher in the three-year-old leaves than in one-year-old leaves of P. clypearia,so it was considered that harvesting three-years leaves of Pithecellobium clypearia wouid be more economical. Conclusion: In the growth cycles,the accumulation of seven mineral elements and gallic acid of the leaves of Pithecellobium clypearia leaves were in a period of volatility during the June-September period,Comprehensive consideration suggests that it is more economic and rational to harvest three-year-old leaves.
