摘要
随着全球化时代的来临,"升级威斯康星理念""扩大威斯康星理念""新威斯康星理念"等不断充实"威斯康星理念"的内涵。实践领域也随之发生变化:扩大国际合作交流、构建服务学习新形式和新型伙伴关系、扩大社会服务渠道等。"威斯康星理念"在发展的同时,也面临着政府拨款减少、服务主体矛盾、大学学术危机等诸多挑战,其发展变化对我国高校在社会服务领域拓宽途径、创新形式、健全机制等方面有借鉴意义。
With the advent of globalization, ＂Updating the Wisconsin Idea＂, ＂Amplify the Wisconsin Idea＂and ＂The New Wisconsin Idea＂ are enriching ＂The Wisconsin idea＂. The practical field has also changed：expanding international cooperation, building new forms of service learning and expanding social services channels. ＂The Wisconsin Idea＂ also faces government funding reduction, contradictions among clients and the academic crisis. We can draw from it. We need to broaden the way, innovate the form and improve the mechanism.
