摘要 设计一套柴油机尾气文丘里管引射净化装置。为了减少文丘里管的摩擦阻力,尽可能降低对柴油机功率和油耗的影响,利用Fluent对文丘里管压力分布进行模拟分析,分析其排气阻力,并优化文丘里管的入口角度和出口角度。分析得出入口角和出口角均为11°时,设计的文丘里管排气阻力最小。在不同转速下测试加装优化的文丘里管对柴油机油耗、功率的影响。结果表明:引射装置具有良好的吸入性,且对柴油机功率和油耗的影响较小,平均使柴油机功率下降0.9%,油耗平均增加了1.2%。 A set of Venturi tube injection purification device of diesel exhaust.In order to reduce the friction resistance of the Venturi tube, and reduce the influence on engine power and fuel consumption, the Fluent was used to simulate the Venturi tube pressure distribution, analyze the exhaust resistance, and optimize the entrance and outlet angle of Venturi tube.The analysis result shows that when the entrance and outlet angle is all 11°, the designed Venturi tube posses the minimum exhaust resistance.The influence of the optimized Venturi tube on the fuel consumption and power of diesel engine was studied by tests at different speeds.The results show that the injection device has good suction performance, and has little influence on the diesel engine power and fuel consumption. The average power of the diesel engine is decreased by 0. 9% and the average fuel consumption is increased by 1.2%.
