摘要
为实现直流配电网经济技术综合优化运行,提出变流器实时本地控制、全网集中优化调度的优化运行控制策略。在较短时间尺度内,基于直流电压和有功功率等端口信息,本地控制实现系统在不同运行工况下的电压稳定,无需通信且响应速度快;在长时间尺度内,基于二阶锥规划理论建立了最优潮流模型以实现系统的经济运行,以网损最小作为优化目标,并计及功率均衡分配约束。基于PSCAD/EMTDC的仿真结果表明,优化调度系统可实现系统运行的全局优化,本地控制在各种工况下均能维持直流电压平稳。
In order to achieve the technology and economic optimal operation comprehensively,an optimal operation control strategy was proposed,which combines the centralized optimal dispatch and real-time local control of converter.In a short time scale,the local control maintains voltage stability under various operating conditions and has fast response speed without communication,which is based on local information such as DC voltage and active power.In a long time scale,the optimal power flow model based on second-order cone programming theory was established to realize the economic operation,target to minimum network-loss and constrain the balancing power allocation The simulation results based on PSCAD/EMTDC indicate that the optimal dispatch can achieve global optimization,and the local control can keep the DC voltage stable under various operating conditions.
