一种旋转自稳定灵巧子弹药稳态扫描运动研究

摘要 为研究某型旋转自稳定灵巧子弹药稳态扫描机理,根据该灵巧子弹药抛射条件和结构非对称特点,通过在弹体内设置非对称布置的质量块,充分考虑结构动不平衡因素,建立了便于量化弹丸动不平衡的弹道运动模型,并进行了数值求解。结果表明:旋转弹体质量非对称分布导致的动不平衡是使该弹丸实现稳态扫描运动的直接原因。简化的6自由度运动微分方程能较为准确的模拟该型子弹药的稳态扫描运动,从而为该型灵巧子弹药的总体设计提供理论依据。 For studying the steady scanning mechanism of a certain type of rotary self-stabilization smart submunition,according to the characteristics of asymmetric structure and throwing conditions,the ballistic motion model was established to easily quantify submunition's dynamic unbalance.By setting the non-axisymmetric mass in the projectile body,the 6 DOF motion differential equations of the submunition were derived,and the numerical solutions of the equations were obtained.Numerical solution results showed that the direct cause of the steady scanning motion of the projectile was the dynamic unbalance which caused by the non-axisymmetric distribution in the rotary projectile body.The differential equation of the simplified 6 DOF motion could accurately simulate the steady scanning motion of the submunition,and provided theoretical basis for the overall design of the smart submunition.
