摘要
对旋流泵站水泵能耗高的原因进行了研究分析。通过对水泵进行重新合理选型及采用高效无密封自吸泵替代原有低效率自吸泵的方式,提高水泵效率,达到水泵节能目的。
The causes of high energy consumption of the pump in vortex pump station were analyzed. Through reasonable reselection of pump type and use of high efficiency and non-sealed self-priming pump to replace the original inefficient self-priming pump to improve the efficiency of the pump, which achieved the purpose of pump energy-saving.
