摘要
EPC模式在我国工程建设项目中逐渐得到广泛应用,能否有效处理组织界面管理问题是项目成功的关键。本文界定了EPC水利项目组织界面管理有效性的内涵,初步识别出有效性评价指标,运用SPSS和AMOS软件对收集的指标数据进行分析验证,得出指标之间及其与EPC水利项目组织界面管理有效性之间相互作用的路径和路径系数。实证分析结果表明,信息、人员、工作流程、物资4个一级指标对EPC水利项目组织界面管理有效性有正向显著效应,证明了指标的可靠性。以酉酬水电站项目为例,通过灰色聚类评价模型对其组织界面管理有效性进行评价,提出了提高界面管理有效性的对策建议。该研究为减少EPC水利项目内耗、实现项目整体增值及实行集成管理提供了重要参考。
EPC model has gradually been widely used in China. Effectively dealing with organizational interface management conflict issues isthe key to achieve success of the project. This article defined the meaning of the validity of organization interface management in EPC water con-servancy project and recognized the validity of initial evaluation. With SPSS software and AMOSS collected indicator data,the indicators andtheir results and EPC paths and path coefficient between the interactions of water conservancy project management effectiveness tissue interfacewere analyzed. The empirical analysis shows that four-level indicators including information,personnel,work processes and materials for waterprojects EPC tissue interface management effectiveness has a positive significant effect,which proves reliability of index. Taking Youchou Hy-dropower Project for an example,the effectiveness of its organizational interface management was evaluated by gray clustering assessment modeland interface management countermeasures were proposed to improve the effectiveness. The research has provided important reference for reduc-ing internal friction of EPC water projects,achieving the overall added value of projects and implementing integrated management.
