摘要
采用多种原煤组分制备出的烧烤煤虽含硫量较低,但仍难免在燃烧过程中释放一定量的二氧化硫、硫化氢等有毒有害气体,致使燃烧过程中产生异味,无法洁净利用,并使得烧烤的食品同具异味、有毒害。通过技术方案比选,给出一种由钙基固硫剂、提高钙基固硫剂热反应速率的添加剂、抑制固硫反应生成的硫酸钙二次分解的添加剂共同配比的复合添加剂配方。该技术可满足对低硫原煤的固硫要求,达到降低固硫剂成本,同时实现高效固硫的目的。其可以达到三方面效果:(1)在低硫条件下,该配方制备的烧烤煤固硫率可达79%,实现低硫煤种制备烧烤煤时,烧烤煤深度固硫;(2)组分相对简单易得,成本低廉,适宜工业生产;(3)进一步提高固硫率的同时未影响产品其他理化指标。
In view of the various components,raw coal preparation of barbecue coal is low in sulfur but inevitably in the process of burning still release a certain amount of poisonous and harmful gases such as sulfur dioxide,hydrogen sulphide,it produces peculiar smell and cannot use clean combustion process,which makes the barbecue food with peculiar smell and the problem of toxic. Through technical scheme comparison,we put forward a kind of from calcium base solid sulfur agent,calcium base additives,inhibition of solid sulfur fixing agent( thermal rate of calcium sulfate additives common formula of secondary decomposition of compound additive formulation. The technology can meet the requirement of low sulfur coal,to reduce sulfur fixing agent cost efficient at the same time.It can reach the effect of three aspects:(1) implements low-sulfur coal preparation of barbecue depth of coal solid sulfur coal,the experimental results show that under the condition of low sulphur,the formula of the preparation of barbecue coal solid sulfur rate could reach 79%;(2) the component is relatively simple and suitable for industrial production;(3) to further improve the rate of solid sulfur and other physical and chemical indicators did not affect the product.
