摘要
离子色谱法是70年代发展起来的一项新的液相色谱分析技术,具有检测速度快、灵敏性高、选择性好等优点,因而广泛的应用于化工、医药、环保、卫生防疫、半导体制造业等方面。由于样品的多样化和复杂性,以及离子色谱法的特殊要求,越来越多的前处理技术得以应用。根据样品和离子色谱法的特性,选择合适的前处理技术,不仅会有效提高分析的速度、灵敏度和精密度,而且还可以有效拓宽离子色谱的应用范围,本文针对离子色谱法中对液体样品的基体消除和样品浓缩富集中的主要前处理技术进行了介绍。
Ion chromatography as developed in the 70 s a new liquid chromatographic analysis technology,since it has rapid,sensitive and good selectivity,and widely used in chemical,pharmaceutical,environmental protection,health and epidemic prevention,semiconductor manufacturing,etc.Because of the complexity and diversity of the sample and the special requirements of ion chromatography,pre-treatment to more and more applications.According to the properties of the samples and ion chromatography,choose the appropriate pretreatment technology,not only can effectively increase the analysis speed,sensitivity and precision,but also can effectively broaden the scope of the application of ion chromatography,ion chromatography,the author of this paper in the liquid sample matrix to eliminate and sample concentration enrichment,the main preparation technology are introduced.
