摘要
提出了用静磁表面波(magnetostatic surface wave,MSSW)器件实现小波变换处理器的方法。当按照小波函数的包络设计静磁表面波器件的输入换能器的导条包络时,静磁表面波器件的输入换能器能够实现单尺度的小波变换,从而可制作出静磁表面波式单尺度的小波变换处理器;当按照不同尺度的小波函数的包络设计静磁表面波器件的输入换能器阵列的导条包络时,静磁表面波器件的输入换能器阵列能够实现不同尺度的小波变换,从而可制作出静磁表面波式多尺度的小波变换处理器。研究发现,用静磁表面波器件能够实现在微波频段中低传输损耗和换能器便于制作的小波变换处理器。实验得到尺度为2-5的单尺度静磁表面波式小波变换处理器的传输损耗是-20.85dB。理论和实验表明,用静磁表面波器件能够实现低传输损耗的小波变换处理器。
A method for implementing wavelet transform processor is proposed by using magnetostatic surface wave(MSSW)device.When electrode envelopes of input interdigital transducer(IDT)for the MSSW device are designed according to the envelope of wavelet function,the input IDT of MSSW device for single scale can implement the wavelet transform,so that the wavelet transform processor using MSSW device for single scale can be fabricated.When electrode envelope arrays of input IDTs for the MSSW devices are designed according to envelope of wavelet function,the input IDTs of MSSW devices for different scales can implement the wavelet transform,so that the wavelet transform processors using MSSW devices for different scales can be fabricated.Through in-depth study,the wavelet transform processor using MSSW device in the microwave frequency band has the characteristics of low transmission loss and easy fabrication.In the experiment,the transmission loss for single scale wavelet transform processor using MSSW device is-20.85 dB.Theoretical and experimental results indicate that the MSSW device can implement a wavelet transform processor with low transmission loss.
