摘要
[目的]了解三级甲等医院护士幸福感现状,并探讨其影响因素。[方法]采用横断面调查方法,应用一般资料调查表、希望状态量表、护士工作压力源量表、总体幸福感量表对9家三级甲等医院1 160名护士进行问卷调查。[结果]三级甲等医院护士幸福感得分75.40分±12.14分;不同年龄、职称、工作年限、科室、离职意愿、参加业余活动情况护士的幸福感得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Pearson相关分析显示:三级甲等医院护士幸福感与希望总分及各维度呈正相关,与工作压力总分及各维度呈负相关;多元线性回归分析显示:三级甲等医院护士幸福感的影响因素为希望水平、参加业余活动情况、工作压力、离职或改行意愿。[结论]护理管理者应关注护士幸福感状况,采取有针对性的措施帮助护士储备希望、缓解压力,提升其幸福感水平。
Objective: To probe into well - being status quo and its influencing factors of nurses in third - grade A hospitals. Methods: It used a cross-sectional survey method. The general information questionnaire, state hope scale? nurse job stressors scale and general well - being schedule were used to survey 1 1 60 nurses from 9 third - grade A hospitals. Results:The well' being score of nurses in third-grade A hospitals was 75. 40 ± 12. 14. The nur-ses with different ages,professional titles?working years'work departments^turnover intentions,participating in the activities had different scores of well being (P〈0.01). Pearson correlation analysis showed that in third grade A hospitals? nurses, well 'being was positively correlated with hope and dimensions,and negatively corre-lated with working pressure and dimensions. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the factors affect-ing the well- being were the hope level and participating in extracurricular activities, work stress and turnover or diverted intention. Conclusions: Nursing managers should pay attention to the status quo of nurses?well - being^and take measures to help nurses reserve hope? relieve stress and improve their well - being level.
