摘要
目的分析皮肤美容中应用强脉冲光的临床作用。方法方便选择2014年5月—2016年5月在该院中接受皮肤美容的患者107例,均在治疗中应用强脉冲光,在6个月时回访,观察治疗效果,统计复发率。结果色斑患者临床治疗总有效率为93.8%、胶原纤维蜕变患者临床治疗总有效率为97.4%、细血管扩张患者临床治疗总有效率为97.2%;经随访结果显示,色斑复发率3.1%、胶原纤维蜕变复发率5.2%、细血管扩张患者复发率2.8%;各疾病患者临床疗效、复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论皮肤美容中应用强脉冲光后,可提升治疗效果,减少愈后复发率,提高患者皮肤表面美观度。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of intense pulsed light in the cosmetic dermatology. Methods 107 cases of patients with cosmetic dermatology in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were convenient selected and treated with Intense Pulsed Light, and were followed up after 6 months, and the treatment effect was observed and the recurrence rate was counted. Results The total clinical treatment effective rate of patients with stain, patients with collagen fibre transform and patients with vascular dilatation was respectively 93.8%, 97.4% and 97.2%, and the follow-up results showed that the recurrence rate of stain, collagen fibre transform and vascular dilatation was 3.1%, 5.2% and 2.8%, and the differences in the clinical curative effect and recurrence rate between patients with various diseases had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The application of Intense Pulsed Light in the cosmetic dermatology can improve the treatment effect, reduce the recurrence rate after cure and improve the aesthetics of skin surface.
